Blue Line Technologies was formed in 2013 when Jeff Sagraves took over Blueline Computer, a 15 year old company working mainly in the Charlotte area. Taking the business from 3 to 20 employees in just a few years, Jeff instilled the methods and rigor that he gained from working at Accenture and IBM. Blue Line now supports an abundance of industries and clients that range from schools in NC, SC, NY and Tennessee, to Fortune 100 companies. Blue Line even extends to the West Coast where we’ve developed as an emerging presence supporting professional services firms and area wineries.
From our main office overlooking the Charlotte skyline to our newest location in Greenville, SC, we deliver Big Business IT Services for the Small to Medium Businesses across the Carolinas. We’re big enough to offer the services and expertise needed to run entire IT departments, yet we also support sole proprietors and small businesses that just need that occasional support.

1 – Apple expertise – There are few companies between Atlanta and DC that have the Apple capabilities that we have. We pride ourselves in making Apple and Windows environments co-exist, as its contributed to why we are now one of the leading IT providers for private and charter schools in the region. Blue Line is the largest Apple Computer Support organization between Raleigh and Atlanta.
2 – Blue Line’s The First Ring Help Desk – When you call our office, you get a person, not a recording – and usually on the very first ring. We take pride in having a 75% first call resolution rate for our help desk calls. For issues requiring further escalation, we can have someone onsite within 1 hour for most customers.
3 – Blue Line’s Private Cloud – Every computer should have at least one copy of the data stored offsite. Our Cloud servers are located in South East Charlotte, and we currently house over 100 different server backups daily. Should anything happen to those servers, we can spin up a virtual copy of their environment or make a copy of the data for delivery ready within 2-3 hours.
