Robert brings a wealth of experience in managing Service Desk support, having worked with organizations such as the Red Cross, various MSPs, and consumer electronics companies. Originally hailing from New York City, Robert felt a strong pull to North Carolina after visiting family in Raleigh. His passion for service is evident in his commitment to exceeding clients’ expectations—he truly has a heart for service, ensuring that not only clients but also coworkers and the community experience his dedication and support.

When he’s not busy managing phone calls, emails, texts, and instant messages for Blue Line and our clients, Robert loves spending quality time with his family, exploring all that Charlotte has to offer. While he remains a devoted New York sports fan, he’s starting to embrace the local teams, enthusiastically cheering for the Panthers and the Hurricanes. Keep Pounding!
